General Terms & Conditions

MultiFill AG as operator of the website www.edelsnus.com sells exclusively to private customers domiciled in Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “customer”) the products available in the online shop on the terms and conditions of delivery and sale (GTC) set out below.

The contract between the customer and MultiFill AG is only concluded by an order from the customer and acceptance of the order by MultiFill AG. The customer’s order is placed with the order in the online shop. MultiFill AG accepts the order by sending the customer an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the ordered goods.

All information on the goods which the customer receives during the ordering process is non-binding. In particular, we reserve the right to make changes and errors in descriptions, illustrations and prices.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including Swiss VAT of 7.7% and tobacco taxes. This means that no further charges are incurred by the customer. MultiFill AG reserves the right to supply existing customers only by prepayment, TWINT or credit card. MultiFill AG is entitled to change the prices and delivery costs at any time, as well as to withdraw from the contract in the event of typing, printing or calculation errors.

If in stock, the products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer within one working day (by 15:00 at the latest if ordered). The goods are delivered (from the loading ramp) at the customer’s risk, even if partial deliveries are made. In the event of externally visible damage to the ordered goods, settlement of damages shall only be made against a certificate from the respective carrier. The stated delivery time may deviate from the actual duration, in particular in the event of congestion of the Swiss postal network.

The delivered goods remain the property of MultiFill AG until payment has been made in full. The latter is entitled to make a corresponding entry in the retention of title register. If the customer defaults on payment of the purchase price, MultiFill AG is entitled to withdraw from the contract (declaration of withdrawal) and to take back possession of the goods.

In online commerce, the customer normally has the right to revoke the conclusion of the contract within a period of 14 working days without giving reasons and to return the goods. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to snus, as these products are considered perishable goods with a limited shelf life.

MultiFill AG reserves all rights for every design, every text, every graphic on its website. Copying or any other reproduction of the entire website or parts of this website is only permitted for the purpose of placing an order with MultiFill AG. The edel brand, graphics and products on this website are registered trademarks. All other trademarks, product names or company names or logos cited on this website are the sole property of their respective owners.

MultiFill AG guarantees to observe the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and the relevant legal standards when collecting, processing and using personal data. The customer data accruing on the occasion of the order processing and/or customer account opening will only be used for internal purposes. Data will only be passed on to third parties and/or partner companies if this is absolutely necessary for the proper provision of services (order processing). The customer agrees to this use of his data. Upon request, he has the right to view the data stored about him at any time.

These GTC and the contracts concluded on the basis of these GTC shall be governed by Swiss law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Bremgarten.

For the sale of goods specified in the online shop of MultiFill AG, the GTC in the version valid at the time of the respective conclusion of the contract apply exclusively. These terms and conditions apply in particular even if they should differ from those of the customer. MultiFill AG reserves the right to make changes to these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
