If in stock, the products will be delivered within one working day (if ordered by 18:00 at the latest) to the address specified by the customer. Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland or Liechtenstein and is carried out by Post CH AG. All orders are delivered free of shipping costs.
Return conditions
In online commerce, the customer normally has the right to revoke the conclusion of the contract within a period of 14 working days without giving reasons and to return the goods. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to snus, as these products are considered perishable goods with a limited shelf life. Cancellation of orders
